About Me

My name is Zeynep, I am a BACP accredited therapist and clinical supervisor. My undergraduate degree is in Psychology (BSc Hons), and my postgraduate clinical training is integrative. This means I draw on a range of therapeutic models including psychodynamic, person-centred, transpersonal and solution focused therapies. I am also a trained couples counsellor and a clinical assessor.

After graduating (2007), I spent 10 years working for a community-based counselling service, followed by a role within an NHS GP surgery. This means I have experience of working with a wide range of people, across different settings and backgrounds. In 2016 I decided to set up in private practice, this is where you find me now.

How I Work

My aim is to provide a safe psychological space where you can explore whatever you are struggling with, or what you feel is unresolved - whether that’s anxiety, stress, relationship issues, or something harder to define.  My role is to help find the solutions that make sense to you, wherever you are in your life.

Ultimately it's your space to talk about whatever you need to.
